The 60/40 setup is a common drop for enthusiasts and FK’s High Tec kit includes a set of springs and struts that combine to give you a firm, yet comfortable ride. The Mk3 setup from FK also includes a height adjustment feature on the rear struts.
Cup kits are an affordable alternative to coilovers that still give you a great stance. The only downside to cup kits are that you can’t adjust the ride height, but if that isn’t a concern of yours, the cup kit is the perfect option.

Install:
The kit itself was not an issue to install, but removal of the rear suspension was a PITA. The lower shock bolts were completely seized and removing one took almost 3 hours with a torch.
Performance:
The acceleration and braking feel so much more direct. Sometimes the handling feels great, other times it is not the best.
In lower temperatures, the shocks seem overdamped and the ride gets quite stiff. But overall it is a GREAT improvement over stock.
