INSTALL
I pulled my stock shift knob and boot off, cut the shifter rod down about 2.5 inches, slid the Mk4 knob on and used a ziptie to tighten it to the shifter rod, DONE.

RECOMMENDATIONS
This is a GREAT upgrade for any Mk3 driver. The feel of the shift knob is great and they can be found for cheap in the classifieds. I picked mine up for $20USD from a buddy.
